How does AI help write my story?

We use AI in a number of ways to help shape your memories into clear, engaging narratives. Much of it depends on what you bring and what you want. Use the "Craft" option to let AI have more freedom with your story, "Polish" for help organizing your words into a meaningful story while keeping your voice and tone intact, or choose "None" for you to have full control. It’s like having a thoughtful co-writer that helps you express what matters most.

Do I need to be tech savvy to use Lore Books?

Not at all. Lore was built with simplicity in mind. The guided workflow, simple interface, and a system of agents working in the background make it easy for anyone to use — even if you're not familiar with technology. If you can tell a story and answer a few questions, you can build a beautiful storybook.

Do you have some best practices or tips?

Yes, help is available throughout the process. Look for the purple "?" button on the bottom right corner on almost every page. One piece of advice for the experience overall, though. Don't waste the opportunity to connect with your family as you create your storybook. Lore is perfect for collaborative storytelling. Get input and co-write stories with a spouse, parent, child, or sibling. It’s a powerful way to connect generations and create memories as your preserve them.

How quickly will I get the printed book?

Once you’ve finished your storybook, printed books are typically delivered within 5-7 business days or a week calendar time. Production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.
